1. Please post your message in the right forum.
2. To avoid repetition, please Search the forums to see if anyone has already started the thread you want to start.
3. Keep the message short and sweet, and make use of paragraphs to break up larger chunks of text for easier reading.
4. Make your title short, interesting and relevant to attract the attention of people that would make a good contribution to the thread.
5. Do not use ALL CAPITALS as it can be seen as aggressive.
6. Double check the message before you post to make sure it’s correct and says just what you want to say.
7. Write in English. As a UK association Britpave welcomes messages in Welsh and Gaelic but requires they are posted with an English translation.
8. Respect other viewpoints and people’s right to voice their opinions. Written messages do not come with smiles, tone of voice or body language to soften the words, so may seem rude when in fact that was not the writer’s intention. Please bear this in mind when reading other people’s posts and composing your own.
9. Please be patient and helpful with people that make mistakes, many internet users are still new to forums.
To maintain standards, Britpave’s forum is moderated and posts will be removed if they do not follow these rules.
Message will be removed if they:
